02An inquiry is not an engagement
The contact form, email, phone, Viber or WhatsApp are ways to reach us. An attorney-client relationship begins only when the office accepts the matter and we agree the terms.
03Accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate. Laws and practice change, so content may become outdated. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of this site.
04Intellectual property
The name, texts, photographs and design of the site belong to the firm or to those who licensed them to us. They may not be copied for commercial use without our consent.
05Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Interfering with the site, unauthorized access, and sending false or abusive inquiries are not allowed.
06Links and embedded content
The site links to Google Maps, Viber and WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms.
07Liability
The site is provided as it stands. We are not liable for temporary unavailability, display errors, or damage arising from use of the site, except where the law requires otherwise.
08Languages
The site is available in Serbian, English and Russian. If the versions differ, the Serbian text prevails.
09Governing law
The law of the Republic of Serbia applies. Courts in Belgrade have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule requires otherwise.
