Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you use mblaw.rs, why we use it, and what rights you have. It covers website visitors. A full client file is opened only after you formally instruct us.
01Who processes the data

02What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone and practice area, and your message. The form does not send data to our server. It opens your email program and prepares a message to office@mblaw.rs. If you do not send it, we do not receive those details.
If you call us, or write on Viber or WhatsApp, the exchange goes through your device and those services.
The site is hosted on Vercel. When you visit, the server may log technical data such as IP address, browser and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
The Contact page embeds Google Maps. Google may process data under its own rules.
03Cookies
This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. We do not track you for advertising. Embedded maps and links to Viber or WhatsApp may use cookies or similar technologies of those third parties.
04Purpose and legal basis
We use an inquiry only to reply and to assess whether we can take the matter. The basis is your request and our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence.
If you become a client, later processing follows the engagement agreement and attorney-client confidentiality.
05Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to the office and, where necessary, hosting and email infrastructure. If the law requires it, we may disclose data to a competent authority.
06How long we keep it
We keep messages as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of correspondence, or as required by law. Hosting logs are kept briefly, under the host's rules.
07Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing by writing to office@mblaw.rs.
You may lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia. If you are in the European Union, you may also contact your local supervisory authority.
08Attorney-client confidentiality
Sending an inquiry through the site does not, by itself, create an attorney-client relationship or automatically attract legal professional privilege. That relationship begins when the office accepts the matter and we agree the terms.
09Changes
If the way the site works changes, we will update this page.
