We provide employers with legal assistance in preparing and carrying out termination proceedings, while representing employees when their employment was terminated unlawfully or in violation of their rights.

   Representation before the competent courts, as well as in proceedings for the amicable resolution of individual and collective labor disputes where the statutory conditions are met.

   Damages arising from and in connection with work

   We represent employees in proceedings for compensation of pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage arising from a workplace injury, occupational disease or other work-related harm. At the same time, we provide legal assistance to employers in proceedings to establish liability and the amount of damages, as well as regarding the legal consequences of a workplace injury.

   Representation in negotiations on collective agreements, in relations with representative trade unions and in proceedings concerning the organization and conduct of strikes.

   Advising employers on obligations under the Whistleblower Protection Act and on drafting internal acts on whistleblowing procedures, as well as representing whistleblowers in proceedings for protection against retaliatory action.

    Drafting and analyzing service contracts, contracts for temporary and occasional work, supplementary work and cooperation with entrepreneurs, together with an assessment of the legal risks of the particular engagement model.
